ORDERING TERMS
The act of placing an order on the Pro Security Warehouse website indicates that the customer has read, understands and accepts the following terms, conditions and policies as set forth below. Failure to read the terms does not allow any deviation whatsoever from the policies as stated.
PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE has hundreds of items listed on the website. We make an effort to stock all equipment that we consider to be main stream items. Our "on hand" quantities will fluctuate on a daily basis due to numerous reasons such as sales demand and manufacturer availability. Some products and accessories may need to be ordered from the manufacturer. When we receive your order, if we do not have part of your order in stock, we will immediately expedite the shipment from the manufacturer. In most cases, this will only add a few days to your delivery time. If the manufacturer informs us of an extended backorder situation, we will e-mail you of the situation, the projected delivery date, and discuss the options available. We do take your order very seriously and work very hard to get it to you as quickly as possible, however some things we have no control over.

PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE operates in the capacity as a vendor supplying security equipment to the public. PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the use, intent, performance, or coverage of any equipment at any time. It is totally the responsibility of the consumer as to what equipment is selected and its use. CUSTOMER will defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE, its officers, directors, insurers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, arising out of, or related to, the performance of the equipment set forth in any purchase from this company.
You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this site. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information about visitors under 18 year of age. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor under 18 years of age and believe that they have disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us so that we may delete the minor's information.
SHIPPING POLICY
The PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE website computes shipping charges at the time your order is placed. Please note that these charges are added to your total for you to review and accept prior to placing the order. If the shipping destination is within the continental United States, no additional charges will be added beyond that point. Additional shipping charges may be added for destinations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote parts of Canada. Our goal is to be fair with shipping to these locations while covering our actual costs. Pro Security Warehouse uses UPS for overnight and ground delivery services. We offer UPS RED, 2nd day air, three day select service, and standard ground to the US and Canada. On certain occasions, we may elect to use Federal Express, DHL or the United State Postal Service for all shipping operations in place of UPS.
PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE will ship to international destinations providing certain criteria are met. Call for a shipping quote and conditions that apply.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Most items are processed and shipped one to two business days after your
order is placed depending upon in-stock and manufacturer availability. Expedited requests are not excluded from this processing time. Every effort
will be made to ship expedited orders without delay. Pro Security Warehouse
cannot be responsible for issues resulting from a delayed shipment for any
reason whatsoever. Items in this web site come from various sources
and most are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Their expedited shipping
policies vary. Other conditions affect expedited shipping including weather
and other unforseen circumstances. Shipping refunds or credits of ANY KIND
will not be issued due to the notices listed above. If you have critical
rush shipments - CALL early in the day (M-F) and we will confirm for
you stock status and expected processing and shipping times.
In addition, some domestic and overseas products may be discontinued without our prior knowledge. If items are shipped separately, each individual shipment may have a shipping charge applied to the purchasers credit card but not exceeding the total shipping charge as indicated when the order was placed. PSW reserves the right to batch shipments at our discretion. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
PSW makes every effort to be fair with shipping fees. We do add a small fee in addition to the shipping charges to cover our costs for packing materials etc.. In some cases, the shipping amount is determined by the policies of the manufacturer. Video monitors are extremely heavy and extra charges to cover oversize/overweight/long distance costs have been included. The total shipping charge is clearly displayed for you to review and accept before you purchase. Please note our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. Select items that are over $1,000 in value are insured via UPS. The minimal charge for this insurance is added into the cost of the shipping.
If the weight of your item is less than 3 lbs., it may ship via the US Postal Service Priority mail. Items over 3 lbs. will ship as indicated by your selection.
RETURN POLICY
Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of your products shipping date. Unopened items received at PSW beyond the 21-day cut-off will not be credited. A restocking fee of 3% will be charged for all Mastercard, Visa and Discovery orders that are returned for a refund. A restocking fee of 3.5% will be charged for all American Express orders that are returned for a refund. This is only to recover mandatory fees that are charged to us by the credit card companies to process your order. Shipping costs for the return of unopened items are the responsibility of the customer. A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used only for the amount of the merchandise that is returned, less the original shipping charges and aforementioned restocking fees. Any item that is a "special order" (not listed on the web site) will have a 15% restocking fee associated with the return. The shipping charges from and to the manufacturer to return the goods will be added to the restocking fee. Any item that has had the factory seal broken will not be credited. All returns are carefully inspected to verify these conditions have been met.
All returns regardless of reason must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Call our office during business hours to obtain one prior to returning any merchandise. Return shipments without a RMA# will be refused and not credited. All items will be inspected and credited only if meeting the above criteria. Please allow approximately 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Defective merchandise within 21 days of purchase can be returned for an immediate replacement. All returned items must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals, software and accessories. All items will be bench tested by a certified technician upon return. Items found to be defective as a result of misuse, abuse or an act of God (such as a lightning strike) or found to be working properly will be returned to the customer, not credited, and a return shipping charge will be applied to the customers credit card account. Your replacement item will ship only after we receive and process your returned product. We will make every effort to do this as quickly as possible (usually within one day).
Defective items purchased more than 21 days from the shipping date but within the warranty period must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement and falls under the manufacturers individual warranty policy. In some cases we will ask you to return the item directly to us for evaluation. Call us for assistance with this process and to determine if your purchase qualifies for warranty service. PSW will not pay shipping charges for any warranty claims to or from the warranty recipient. Cameras or other equipment that have been modified or altered in any way including but not limited to cut wires, opened or damaged casings, paint, sealants applied etc., will void the warranty coverage. Items found to be defective as a result of misuse, abuse or an act of God (such as a lightning strike) or found to be working properly will be returned to the customer, not credited, and a return shipping charge will be applied to the customers credit card account.
Item(s) shipped to you because of our error will be immediately addressed. We will trans-ship the correct item(s) to you as quickly as possible and issue a call tag for the return of the incorrect items. We are only human and mistakes, although rare, do happen. We will make every effort to correct the problem quickly.
International orders may be exchanged only when defective. All conditions above apply.
Refused or undeliverable shipments will be charged all initial shipping costs, return shipping costs, and/or any other fees incurred as a result of the order regardless of the reason.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Feel free to call our technical experts to assist you with your equipment selection prior to making your purchase. We want to make sure that you have all the right gear for your application. At PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE, we do everything possible to maintain our low prices. Consequently, the technical support we offer does not include installation (hook up) or programming related support and troubleshooting. We encourage everyone to thoroughly read the owners/installers manuals prior to attempting the installation. Typically, 95% of all questions that arise are answered in this way. Other resources to consider include your local technical personnel, internet research and the manufacturers tech help lines (if available - see your manuals). Thank you for helping keep our operational costs as low as possible so that we may pass these savings on to you in the form of the lowest possible prices.
PRICE NON-GUARANTEE
To remain competitive at all times, PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE reserves the right to change the price of any item sold on its website at any time. NO compensation will be offered as a result of a price reduction to any order/customer that is being processed or has been previously fulfilled. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order or an item within an order, please email us. You may cancel any item that has not already shipped. If the item has already shipped from either the PSW warehouse to you, from the manufacturer to us specifically for your order, or directly from one of our manufacturers to your location (drop shipped), please see the conditions under "Return Policy" above.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE accepts AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, Money Orders, Wire transfers and Cashiers Checks. We will accept purchase orders from government agencys, schools, universities and fortune 500 Companies. PSW reserves the right to refuse any transaction.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. If ordering by credit card, you pay for your order at the time your item is shipped. Backordered items will be charged at the time of shipment.

SALES TAX
PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE charges sales tax as required by law for orders shipped to Florida and other states where the manufacturer ships directly to the customer and has a corporate entity located within the state of the "ship to" destination. All sales taxes levied by the manufacturer will be charged at a later date to the customers account as a separate charge in the exact amount of the sales tax charged to Pro Security Warehouse.
We will gladly credit sales tax for any Florida government institution or non-profit organization. Just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at: 407-447-1637. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number. Or simply call the order in to us by phone.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE will accept large orders from international customers if specific conditions are met. The prices listed on our web site may not apply for international orders. E-mail or call us for a quote and terms of sale. All orders require consulate legalization documents unless politically exempt (proof required). Use of a U.S. based freight forwarder is common. Additional shipping and processing fees apply.

The PRO SECURITY WAREHOUSE web site allows you to buy products from us with confidence. We use the information that we collect about you to fulfill your product purchases, contact purchasers to inform them of their order status or answer any questions we may have regarding their purchase. This information is maintained in a secured data base for our use only for any future purchases you may make. The information collected will not be sold or shared to any other merchant, telemarketer or third party - we really mean it!
